What we did

Throughout the project we worked closely with all leadership teams in the business creating ownership and building change leadership skills. We adopted a structured approach to change management working closely with the Sponsor and Senior leaders. Critical elements of the change management programme involved creating and delivering a change management strategy, managing resistance to change, coaching and training for managers and an engaging communications plan. Some of the workplace transformational highlights include the implementation of a Neighbourhood concept, desk sharing strategy and a digital communications infrastructure.

What was the outcome?

The key to success was integrating the build project and workplace transformation, bringing the technical side and people side together.We successfully delivered not only a building designed to meet the needs of a modern workplace but also an amazing vibrant employee experience.
